We keep this short and plain. This page explains what personal information Exhibition Labs collects, why we have it, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Exhibition Labs Ltd (Company No. 16388602) is the data controller for this website. We design and build trade show stands for software and SaaS companies across the UK and Europe.

What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form on this site, which may include:
your name, company name, work email address, phone number, the show you're planning for, its date, your stand size and anything you write in your message. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and we don't collect information about your browsing behaviour.
How we use it
We use the details you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and plan your project. We rely on legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you made) as our lawful basis for keeping and using this information. We don't send marketing emails, and we never sell your information to anyone.
Where it goes
Enquiries submitted through this website are sent to giles@exhibitionlabs.co.uk and kept in our email account and project records. Our email is provided by a reputable email hosting provider that processes data on our behalf. We don't share your personal information with any other third party except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as it takes to answer them and, if we work together, for as long as needed to run the project and meet our tax and accounting obligations. Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after 24 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. To do any of these, just email giles@exhibitionlabs.co.uk — we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
